OmniStudio implementation, built to enterprise standards

Hands-on architecture and build leadership for OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures — on a brand-new project or a program that needs rescuing.

Scope

What this covers

  • Solution architecture: component boundaries, reuse strategy, and where OmniStudio should stop and LWC or Apex should start
  • OmniScript design and build — guided flows that branch cleanly and stay debuggable
  • FlexCards for 360-degree views and actions, wired to Integration Procedures rather than ad-hoc queries
  • DataRaptor and Integration Procedure patterns: extract, transform, and load with performance in mind
  • Naming conventions, versioning discipline, and deployment strategy across sandboxes
  • Standing up your internal team so the build is maintainable without me
Process

How the engagement runs

Discovery & architecture

One to two weeks mapping requirements to OmniStudio components, defining standards, and producing a build plan your stakeholders can actually read.

Foundation build

The reusable layer first: shared DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, styling, and the patterns every later component will follow.

Feature delivery

OmniScripts, FlexCards, and integrations delivered in working increments — demoed against real data, not slideware.

Hardening & handoff

Performance passes, error-handling review, documentation, and structured knowledge transfer to your team.

When to call

Signals you need this

  • You've licensed OmniStudio and the clock is running, but nobody in-house has shipped it before
  • A partner delivered 'something' and now every change takes three weeks
  • Your OmniScripts work in the demo org and time out in production
  • You're on release two and there are already four naming conventions
Questions

Asked on most first calls

Do you work solo or with a team?

Solo, by design. I lead the OmniStudio build and work alongside your existing admins, developers, and architects. For workstreams outside OmniStudio — data migration, general org work — I integrate with whoever you already have.

Can you rescue an OmniStudio implementation that's gone sideways?

Yes, and it's common. Typical culprits: DataRaptors doing work Integration Procedures should own, OmniScripts with no reuse strategy, and zero naming standards. I start with an architecture review, then stabilize before extending.

How do you handle knowledge transfer?

It's built in, not bolted on. Your team pairs with me during the build, standards are documented as we go, and the final phase is a structured handoff. The goal is that you don't need me afterward — that's what makes it safe to bring me in.

Remote or on-site?

Remote-first, with on-site time where it genuinely helps — kickoffs, design workshops, go-live. Nineteen years in the ecosystem has made me effective at distributed enterprise delivery.

Next step

Have an OmniStudio decision in front of you?

A 30-minute call is usually enough to tell you whether I'm the right fit — and if I'm not, I'll say so.
